Retraining of Human rights training-of-trainers for police officers

Within the framework of raising human rights awareness of police officers and forming human rights-based approach in daily activities of police under the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia and National Police Agency, over 40 police officers were trained as human rights trainers in 2017 and 2018. The Commission in collaboration with Police Training Centre has organized an advanced human rights retraining for those trainers on 26, 27 February 2019. This retraining included 35 police officers from central and local police departments and covered a topic on practices and challenges faced by trainers in providing human rights education to police organization as well as specific target groups.
